Celebrate Thanksgiving with a lavish indulgence of gourmet delights at Brasserie Les Saveurs, the connoisseur¡¯s choice for culinary excellence and classic epicurean experiences.

To mark this long-established gathering of family and friends, St. Regis Singapore¡¯s Executive Chef, David Ansted who originates from USA, crafted a bespoke Thanksgiving epicurean menu that exudes classic American flavours that is complimented with exceptional American wines.

Be captivated by Chef David as he embarks on an American-infused epicurean journey that begins with Slow-roasted autumn squash soup with smoked cinnamon and fried sage, followed by a lovely Mesclun salad with dried Washington apples and black walnuts in blueberry vinaigrette.

For the main event, savour in a mesmerizing choice of either Roasted turkey roulade with giblet gravy, corn, wild mushroom stuffing, apple smoked bacon, Brussels sprouts, cranberry and orange dressing or Pan-seared black cod, gnocchi, porcini mushrooms, cranberry vinaigrette and saut¨¦ed beet greens.

A dessert ensemble of Pumpkin, gingerbread parfait with cinnamon cookie, baked apple crumble with butterscotch ice cream and Pecan tartlet with Bourbon Chantilly puts a beautifully sweet full-stop to a most meaningful occasion of memories; traditionally spent with family and loved ones.

Chef David has also personally selected 2 distinctive wines from USA - Round Hill Chardonnay 2010 and Sokol Blasser Dundee Hills Pinor Noir 2008 ¨C that will make a perfect pairing to this year¡¯s delectable Thanksgiving dinner menu.
