Chic yet unpretentious, SMOKI MOTO presents a feast for the senses, bringing style to the dinner table and beyond. The guest experience begins with a sleek wooden exterior and dry-aged beef butchery, featuring hand-cut selections from only the finest Australian Wagyu, Black Angus and Yanbian Yellow Cattle ¨C one of China¡¯s most famous northeastern breeds.
SMOKI MOTO diners can sit back and relax amid modern decor inspired by the great tradition of Korean barbeque with an industrial flair. Interiors offer a tasteful blend of textured wood, leather and stone set off by dark earthy tones, deep browns and greys, as well as large wooden barbecue tables and contemporary wall hangings.
Shaking up the Korean barbecue scene, Chef Allen Cha and crew will be serving fresh and authentic flavors for lunch and dinner. A Business Lunch Menu will be on offer for mid-week diners, including: daily a la carte selections; Chef Cha¡¯s signature ¡®Kimchee Trolley¡¯, with eight succulent homemade varieties created from Korean cabbage and spices; traditional Bibimbab, one of Korea¡¯s most famous culinary exports; and award-winning Ginseng Chicken Soup. Prepared with fresh ginseng, glutinous rice and red dates, this traditional and healthy, oil-free summer dish can be enjoyed all-year round. Sushi and teppanyaki favorites are also available.Guests can choose from an extensive New World wine selection, including their favorite picks from 10 Soju and Sake labels.
