The accolade honouring hospitality excellence is given to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on the TripAdvisor website. To qualify, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or more from a possible five, as reviewed by users of TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the number of reviews received within the past year.
