Everyone is longing for the world-class sporting event happening in London this summer! To share the excitement, Café Rivoli is now presenting ‘A Taste of Britain’ promotion in the ‘Signature and Seafood MEGA Dinner Buffet’ from 27 July to 12 August 2012.

During this special period, Café Rivoli will whet guests’ appetite with a selection of traditional British dishes together with seasonal seafood and signature dishes. Let’s indulge into join this sporting event and enjoy this refreshing buffet dinner with friends and family!

‘A Taste of Britain’ includes traditional Roasted Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, Beef Wellington, Boiled Beef with Carrots, Oyster Kilpatrick, Steak and Kidney Pie, Irish Stew, Cottage Pie and Fish and Chips. Beef Wellington is one of the famous dishes in England, filet steak is wrapped in puff pastry and baked, and then sliced for serving. One of the signature dishes is Fish and Chips, deep-fried fish filet served with chips and perfect match with the traditional Tart Tart Sauce. Another signature dish is Steak and Kidney Pie, which is a savoury pie that is filled with a mixture of diced beef, diced kidney and fried onion.

Dinner buffet will also feature the delicate seafood dishes. They are Alaskan King Crab, Lobster and Crab Roe Stuffed with Mango, Blue Prawn with Tropical Fruit Salsa, Salmon Wrapped in Pastry, Baked Oyster and Sea Scallop, Salmon Kelp Roll and Mini Seafood Skewer. The Chef has also selected some signature dishes for guests, including Fresh Sashimi and Hand Rolls, Flaming Sushi, Shawarma, Indian Tandoori. Guests can enjoy the whole selection of delicacies all over the world together at a night. To perfect the meal, freshly Baked Soufflé is specially highlighted with an array of innovative flavours. Other signature desserts include Chocolate Fondue and Baked Alaska.
