Lauded as 'superb' by the Conde Nast Traveller 2012 Hot List, Belon will present a special Fatherific dinner menu of six sumptuous courses that will satisfy even the most demanding palate through the entire month of June. Priced at only MOP898* per person or MOP1,196* per person including wine pairing, the phrase, "A way to a man's heart is through his stomach" is true of this gourmet menu. Begin the meal with a stimulating Amuse Bouche created to pair sublimely with a glass of Legras & Haas Brut Champagne. Follow this with Smoked Tuna Carpaccio served with Foie Gras Cro?ton, Lemon Marmalade and Togarashi Dressing.

The indulgence continues with Coconut Boston Lobster Bisque with Coriander Chantilly. The creamy bisque finds its perfect wine partner in the Santa Ynez Valley, Star Lane Sauvignon Blanc 2006. Next is a melt-in-the-mouth Sous Vide Pigeon Breast with Red Pepper Risotto and Crispy Salted Baby Fish. 

For main there is a choice of two epicurean delights: Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Grass, Chardonnay and Ginger Potato Cream or USDA Beef New York Strip with Potato Pavé and Cognac Green Pepper Sauce. The versatile Dierberg Pinot Noir 2007, Santa Maria Valley, pairs impeccably with both dishes.

Ending this celebratory meal is a decadent Smoked Chocolate Cigar; coffee or tea, and Pralines plus Petit Fours, ensuring a classic conclusion, to a memorable dinner.

A special one-off Fatherific brunch menu will be served at Belon on Father’s Day, between 11.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. priced at MOP488* per person, with the option of free flowing selected Californian Star Lane wines for an additional MOP298* per person.

Between 13th – 18th June, Banyan Tree Macau’s Thai inspired restaurant, Saffron, will also launch a Father’s Day menu, for lunch and dinner. Guests can indulge in a mouth-watering array of dishes from Traditional Thai Seafood Soup, Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Massaman Curry, to Stir Fried Fish, Deep Fried Marinated Pork with Crispy Kaffir Lime Leaf and much more.
