Flight details: Qantas (QF 121). Sydney to Queenstown, 06 May, 2012. Seat: 24D. Economy Class. Check-in and luggage allowance: I was at Sydney Airport at least 2 hours prior to boarding and had the option to check-in online. The staff member at the check-in desk was friendly and because the aircraft was not at maximum capacity, allowed me a seat with no passengers next to me, so I could stretch out and relax during the short flight. Check-in luggage was a generous of 23kg. Economy seat/cabin conditions: The 168 seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft had a seat configuration of 3-3 and an individual pitch width of 32 inches. The plane was clean, tidy and contemporarily fitted out. Customer service: The Qantas staff was super helpful and managed to tend to each customer*s needs demands. They displayed a great deal of professionalism, respect and endeavored to assist all passengers, while making sure patrons felt safe and secure aboard the flight. Meal and snack service: One breakfast meal was provided during the 2 hour and 20 minute flight and drinks were also served throughout the entirety of the journey. Entertainment: A back-of-seat entertainment console was available for use by each passenger and contained the latest movies, television shows, as well as some games and flight information. On-time performance: The flight departed on time and touched down in Queenstown shortly ahead of schedule. |
