Qantas (QF 121). Sydney to Queenstown, 06 May, 2012. Seat: 24D. Economy Class.
Check-in and luggage allowance:
I was at Sydney Airport at least 2 hours prior to boarding and had the option to check-in online.
The staff member at the check-in desk was friendly and because the aircraft was not at maximum capacity, allowed me a seat with no passengers next to me, so I could stretch out and relax during the short flight.
Check-in luggage was a generous of 23kg.
Economy seat/cabin conditions:
The 168 seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft had a seat configuration of 3-3 and an individual pitch width of 32 inches.
The plane was clean, tidy and contemporarily fitted out.
The Qantas staff was super helpful and managed to tend to each customer＊s needs demands.
They displayed a great deal of professionalism, respect and endeavored to assist all passengers, while making sure patrons felt safe and secure aboard the flight.
Meal and snack service:
One breakfast meal was provided during the 2 hour and 20 minute flight and drinks were also served throughout the entirety of the journey.
A back-of-seat entertainment console was available for use by each passenger and contained the latest movies, television shows, as well as some games and flight information.
