Eight more bodies are said to have been recovered from inside the capsized Costa Concordia this week, bringing the death toll up to 25.

With seven more bodies said to be missing, the civil protection authorities are reported to have explained the bodies including one child were found in a submerged part of the ship, AFP reported.

Four bodies were said to have been discovered early Wednesday morning while more were located throughout the day.
