How to Retrieve Air Australia (VC) Passengers in the Galileo GDS

Monday, 20 February 2012

Following today’s announcement that Air Australia (VC) has gone into administration, we would like to advise you, as a Galileo subscriber, of the Galileo display entries you need to help you retrieve your VC passengers:

Entries are as follows:

1.     *TAA/331 (this will give you the system date which is the furthest date out that you can book - 331 days).

2.     LD/ALL/XX/Today’s date*system date-D (where XX is carrier and -D is display only). This entry will display, on screen, all bookings for the carrier and dates selected.

3.     LD/ALL/XX/Today’s date*system date-Q/86 (where XX is carrier and the output is to Q/86).   This entry will move all bookings to Queue 86 (or a queue of your choice) for the carrier and dates selected.

Example entries to display all bookings for VC below:

LD/ALL/VC/17FEB*12JAN-D
LD/ALL/VC/17FEB*12JAN-Q/86

For more List Display variations, please click on answer ID 392 in ASK Travelport.

As of today, you will be unable to make any further bookings or issuing of tickets on VC within Galileo.
