The 12th Annual World Gourmet Festival Hosted by Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok Culminated with a Resounding Success

Once again, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok proved to the hospitality industry and the gourmands in and around Thailand and other parts of the world that its annual World Gourmet Festival, a weeklong gastronomic odyssey is an event worth attending.? Last Sunday, September 11th¡¯s dinner at four of the hotel¡¯s eclectic restaurants, Madison, Biscotti, Shintaro and Spice Market together with the sumptuous Sunday brunch and an exciting buffet afternoon tea with sweets and pastries culminated the weeklong event.?

The gastronomic journey showcased a sizzling selection of award-winning international chefs including chefs from Michelin star restaurants, such as Ivo Adam, Anthony Demetre, Guido Haverkock and Kazumi Sawada, Adriano Cavagnini, Dolli Irigoyen, David Lee and Hari Nayak who prepared delicious food paired with premium wines, wine tastings, and cooking demonstrations plus the world¡¯s finest culinary purveyors. The dinners were well attended by businessmen, celebrities and some of Bangkok¡¯s hi-so crowd.

The usual kick off on its opening night was held with an exclusive cocktail reception graciously attended by HRH Princess Soamsawali together with the participating chefs, principal sponsors and official partners.

HRH Princess Soamsawali¡¯s ¡°Save A Child¡¯s Life from AIDS Project¡± will be the recipient of the funds raised from the live auction plus Baht 500 from every ticket sold during the weeklong event, which totaled approximately to more than a million baht.
