Company in Thailand debuts first advanced RFID technology golf detection balls system

Intro

W3 Thailand Company Limited, a company specializing in RFID technology with Dutch Principals and a Regional Office in Singapore called H3 Singapore Company limited, is please to announce the debut of a new revolutionary golfing equiptment line called Praeda.

PraedaTM

A New Revolutionary Golfing product line that? consists of a golf ball detection system using RFID technology. Unlike any rivals in the market , it uses a new patented form of improved and active RFID technology which took years of R & D and resources to perfect.

The New? Advanced Technology called RFTT TM (Radio Frequency Tracking Technology) which revolves around golf-balls that have an RFID chip embedded in it and upon being hit,? will emit an active unique radio frequency signal that can be detected by a specially designed handset.

The golf balls are? USGA approved and conforms to the standards of all professional golfing and possess a unique re-bounce property unlike its rivals.

Also, it the first? handheld unit that can be used by one hand and resembles the size of current mobile handsets. The designs of the handsets are ergonomically designed by world-renowned product designers and are all waterproof and shockproof.

Not only will golfers be able to find their balls during play but also the device will assist in monitoring play and distances and also assist in defining a better play for both amateur and professional golfers.

The People Behind PraedaTM

Praeda TM? is controlled and owned by H3 Singapore Company Limited which is owned by? Dutch-based Entrepreneur and RFID Techology expert, Mr John Van Driel.

Mr Van Driel, was until recently, the owner of Eureca BV, which is a leading Tracking Technology Company, which was sold to Securitas BV for a hefty value in 2008. Mr Van Driel however still retains a position as director and adviser to the board. Mr Van Driel also owns Satworld Holdings BV in Holland which handles the manufacturing of various electronic devices.

Mr Van Driel is himself a keen golfer, who decided to incorporate the cutting edge technology of RFID into his favourite pastime.

Mr Van Driel is assisted by Mr Michel Rossmolen,? a Dutch a civil engineer who later diversified into the electronic and manufacturing arena and later along with Mr Van Driel, emerged as the leading global experts in RFID Technology.

H3 Singapore Company Limited is the Regional HQ of Praeda but is supported by a vast network of offices in Holland, Thailand and US.

H3 is also into the development of various applications of RFID technology such as for security purposes, retail tracking, etc

W3 Thailand Company is the manufacturing unit of Praeda. The units are all manufactured in Thailand and will assist in making Thailand the leading RFID Technology Base in the world. The company will initially manufacture?? 300,000 units of the handsets and 2.4 million balls involving an investment of about 60 million US Dollars . Already orders from various retailers and golf speciality shops are overwhelming despite the current economic situation. The company believes that that it achieve orders of more than 3 million handsets and 20 million golf balls before the end o the year from the various golf markets in the world.
