Phuket family special: Bel Air Panwa Resort

Low season monthly rental rates – May 01valid to OCT 31, 2009

Terms and conditions:

1. Monthly rates are commissionable to rental agents at 10% (inclusive of VAT).
2. Commission is paid on receipt of rental and deposit.
3. One month’s deposit and one month’s rental in advance is payable. Thereafter, monthly rental is payable within first week of each month. Deposit is refundable upon completion of tenancy agreement and provided apartment is handed over in original condition less normal wear and tear. Any repairs beyond this will be deducted from deposit. If repair amounts exceed deposit paid, tenant will be charged accordingly. Tenants are responsible for all breakages and missing items per resorts terms and conditions.
4. Deposit will be forfeited upon failure to pay monthly rental after 2 weeks of due date for rentals of more than1 month.
5. No fixtures, renovations or alterations to the apartment is permitted
6. All rates are based on apartment rental only, once per week cleaning and linen change
7. Rates do not include water and power consumption or any meals
8. Maximum occupancy for 2 bedroom apartments are four adults; maximum occupancy for 3 bedroom apartments are 6 adults.
9. Tenants will be given a check list of items in apartment and will be held responsible for such.
10. A Tenancy Agreement will be issued for all? monthly rentals
11. All rentals are subject to availability
12. No pets are allowed.
13. As this is a family resort, tenants must abide by the resort’s rules and regulations for all guests. No ladies from the bars, lady boys or persons of undesirable characters are permitted into the premises.
