Translations.com to assist US Airways appeal to global audiences

Place your ad hereUS Airways have engaged Translations.com to maximize their web localization efforts and offer online functionality to their global customer base by the end of the year.

Translations.com will provide translation services, and GMS technology to US Airways.

US Airways has already commenced use of Translation.com’s GlobalLinkT Content Director, an application which provides translation workflow systems for many Global 2000 companies.

"Translations.com provided US Airways with a very comprehensive solution for making our translation process as efficient and customer-friendly as possible,” explained Nick Deaver, from US Airways.

“Their GlobalLink suite of technology products was a perfect fit for our requirements."

The Content Director supports a variety of translation service providers, and internal resources, but US Airways have chosen Translations.com services to localize in seven to 10 languages.

"In today's travel industry, there is no connection between an airline and its customers that is more mission critical than the company website,” said Phil Shawe, President and CEO of Translations.com.
